He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Rabe McCarthy; and his aunt Janet Rabe. He is survived by: his spouse Regan Moore McCarthy; his sons, Thomas Patrick McCarthy IV and Jackson Joseph McCarthy; his father Thomas Patrick McCarthy Jr. (Leslie Michaels McCarthy) of Indialantic, FL; his sisters, Melinda Slingsby (Tim) of Beaverton, OR and Elizabeth Aronson (Greg) of Bettendorf, IA; his parents-in-law, Patrick and Mary Ann Moore of Waterloo, IA; and his brother-in-law Mason Moore (Sara) of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the family for Thomas and Jack's college fund.
