She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Harley" Gentz and Uylanda M. Gentz (Miller); her husband Wayne Phelps; her boyfriend Ray; and her siblings, Alberta Horstman, Arlene Hakert and Vernie Gentz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
