He is survived by : his parents, Clarence Stupka and Marlene Stupka; his father-in-law Jon Struthers; his wife Amy; his sons, Dylan and Nick; his siblings, Tim Stupka (Julie), Jane Bauman, Steve Stupka and Carrie Ballentine (Austin); his mother-in-law Alice Struthers; and his brother-in-law Jon Struthers Jr. (Connie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
