It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Buffon (Elliott, Iowa), who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Buffon and Flora Buffon (Haston); his wife Shirley Buffon; and his nephews, Rick Pendleton and Roger Pendleton.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Petty (George) of Elliott, IA; his grandchildren, Lisa Bailey of Red Oak, IA, Bill Petty (Lisa) of Stanton, IA, Jodi Petty of Elliott, IA and Sarah Culver (Wade) of Red Oak, IA; his great grandchildren, Ashley Parker of Council Bluffs, IA, Allison Petty of Elliott, IA, Wyatt Bailey of Red Oak, IA, Dakota Petty of Red Oak, IA, Mary Kate Bailey of Red Oak, IA, Sierra Petty of Red Oak, IA, Dawson Culver of Red Oak, IA, Xavier Olivio of West Point, NY and Clayton Culver of Red Oak, IA; his great great grandchildren, Tierra Parker, Lane Bailey and Clarke Bailey; his sister Lois Pendleton (Don) of Red Oak, IA; his nephew Randy Pendleton (Connie) of Red Oak, IA; and his nieces, Linda Huber (Steve) of Council Bluffs, IA and Amy Pendleton of Red Oak, IA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
