It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Kunz of Emmetsburg, Iowa, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Johnson and Mae Johnson (Phelps); her husband LeRoy John Kunz; and her siblings, Lloyd, Myrle, Helen and Eileen.

She is survived by : her children, Tony, Timothy and Ann; her family, Troy Kunz, Alaina, Malia, Nate, Morgan Kunz, Alyssa, Brandon, Bryan, Larissa Kunz, Declan, Esme, Cedric, Timothy, Becky Kunz (family: Melissa Kunz, Andrew Kunz), Ann Gray (family: Alex, Dorothy Gray, Gus) and Caroline Gray; and also, Helen Frances Kuyper and Eileen "Babe" Buzzell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Bethany Lutheran Church in Emmetsburg.
