He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice Cozine (Tolbert) and Gerald Cozine; his siblings, Marilyn Olson (Vernon), William Cozine (Mabel) and Richard Cozine (Cathy); and his son-in-law Edgewood Smith.
He is survived by : his former life partner Mary Argo; his son Mark Cozine (Deb); his wife Nancy; his children, Gary Cozine (Shelly), Laura Nielson Petersen, Jane Hoyman (Steve) and Bridget Riversmith; his grandchildren, Jerud Cozine (Cassy), Joshua Cozine (Coleen), Katy Martin, Leah Martin (Jon Lane), Emily Cozine, Peter Cozine (Lauren Milne), Miranda Pontarelli (Matthew), Natalie Gordon, Olivia Gordon, Rachel Miner, Henry Miner, Joel Hoyman (Haily), Jordan Hoyman and Bret Hoyman; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Adrian, James, Emma R. Cozine, Maizie Hoyman and Emma L. Cozine; his sister-in-law Joan Eisenstein (Ron); and his daughter-in-law Pam Cantley (Tim Knapp). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other loved ones and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed toward a scholarship, established by the family, for local high school seniors to pursue a career in medicine, Horizon's Unlimited or a charity of personal choice.
