It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry G. Young of Essex, Iowa, born in Red Oak, Iowa, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Young and Marice Young (Almquist); his brother Steve Young; and his mother-in-law Maureen Hansen. He is survived by : his wife Kelly Hansen of Essex; his sons, Tobias (Lora) of Remsen, IA, Andrew (Christine Shaw) of Bolton, CT and T. J. (Cortney) of Shenandoah; his grandchildren, Jake, Sam, Beau Young of Bolton, CT, Zoe, Mya Young of Shenandoah, Mickayla and Mikey LaVoie of Bolton, CT; and his father-in-law Harold Hansen of Shenandoah.
