He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Noel and Shirley Ann Erb Sr. (Cook); his grandparents, John F. Erb, Sr., Amelia Erb, Harvey and Iceal Cook; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Irene Nissen.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Erb (Nissen); his son Bill Erb (Rachel); his grandchildren, Autumn, Alexis, Abigail Erb, Bernard Erb and Bethany Erb; and his great grandchildren, Travis and Makenna.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund will be set up in Theodore N. Erb Jr's name for individuals furthering their education in Fire Science, Emergency Management and Emergency Medical Service.
