She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Robinson and Mary F. "Peg" Robinson (Kane); her former husbands, Jim Connell and Merlin Hermsen; her siblings, Eileen Smith and Norman Robinson; and her stepgranddaughter Ashley Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Connell (Ava) of Decorah, IA, Patrick Connell (Anna) of Kingman, AZ, David Connell (Kris) of Lakeville, MN, Kathleen Hettinger (Rocky) of Gilbert, AZ, Dianne Davis (Chip) of Urbandale, IA and Krista James of Independence, IA; her siblings, Randy Robinson (Suzie) of Fairbank, IA, Sharon Robinson of Oelwein, IA and Denise Robinson of Boone, IA; and her sister-in-law Coral Robinson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Woods Funeral Home (400 Lakeside Dr, Fairbank, IA 50629). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (106 Iowa St S, Fairbank, IA 50629).
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
