She is survived by: her sons, Carl Rechkemmer (Marilyn) of Fairbank and Casey Rechkemmer (Lori Kamp) of Oelwein; and her grandchildren, Chris Rechkemmer (Carrie), Megan Gilson (Dave), Shane Rechkemmer (Jessica), Dr. Stephanie Beesecker (Bryan Sanders) and Scott Rechkemmer (Jessi). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Fairbank Fire Department or the Fairbank American Legion.
