She was predeceased by: her mother Norma Canny; her husband Bill Cook; her close friend Don Synder; her sisters, Linda Paris and Evelyn Ritz; and her grandmother Edna Bunner.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Johnson and Scott Cook (Rachael); her grandchildren, Wes Johnson, Wyatt Johnson, Shane Cook and AJ Cook; and her great grandchildren, Bayne Johnson and Amelya Johnson. She is also survived by her family and friends.
