It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann E. MacHacek of Forest City, Iowa, born in Lonsdale, Minnesota, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Voracek and Emma Voracek (Trnka); her children, Diane Eymann (Kent) of Rockton, IL, Dwayne Machacek (Dianne) of Blue Earth, MN and Doug Machacek (Tracy) of Waconia, MN; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Andrew Eymann, Alicia and Reagan Machacek; her sister Mary Bartusek; and her sister-in-law Judy Voracek. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family request face coverings and social distancing guidelines will be followed for everyone's safety.
