She was predeceased by : her parent Milly Neuberger (Halverson); her husband Valere Nelson; her siblings-in-law, Russell and Ruth Nelson; and her granddaughter Atty Joy Nelson.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Juhl of Forest City, Jeff Nelson (Robin) of Forest City and Sally Prinsen (Gary) of Independence, MN; her grandchildren, Stephanie Thomas (Jon), Amy Juhl (Molly Mann), Annette Fox (Josh), Stacy John, Travis John (Shela), Becky Madison (Mike), Cristy Swim (Jeremy), Samantha Hill (Jordan), Darcy Nelson, Jessica Assman (Andrew), Jack Prinsen and Grant Prinsen; her great grandchildren, Haley, Tyler, Brianna, Madilyn, Natalie, Audrey, Marni, Josie, Ace, Kenson, Jude, Natalia, Drew, Peter, Vivian, Henry, Tucker, Julia and Lydia; and her brother Alan Neuberger (Jerenne) of Hacienda Heights, CA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
