As Bret departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bret may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bret leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonia Davis (Anderson) and Marvin Davis; and his in-laws, Odis and Corrinne Trammell. He is survived by: his wife Deb Trammell; his sister Shelly Fraser of Lehigh; his stepson Nick Trammell (Alexis); and his grandchildren, Avery, Liliana and Abraxas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel (1615 N 15th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501).
