He was predeceased by : his stepparents, Danny Boline and Linda Faulkner; and his siblings, Becky and Eric. He is survived by : his parents, James Faulkner of Carthage, IL and Susan Faulkner (Long); his pet Mika; his sons, Corey Faulkner (Jessica) of Salem, IA and Brannnen "Blaze" Faulkner (Paden) of Lincoln, NE; his grandsons, Aaron, Carson, Gage and Clayton Faulkner; his half-brothers, Shawn Stewart (Katie) of Washington and Jamie Faulkner of Carthage; and his stepsister Tammy Rampley of Burlington. He is also survived by many aunts, nieces and nephews.
