She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Meinken and Janate Meinken (Wittenberg); her father-in-law Rodger Sear; and her sister-in-law Sarah Sear. She is survived by: her husband Warren Sear of Garber; her children, Holly Carter (Jessie) of Edgewood and Kyle Sear of Garber; her mother-in-law Carla Sear of Garber; her granddaughter Trinity Carter; and her siblings, Debra Ramsey (Charles) of Utica, Cathy Hack (John) of Ontario, Linda Hentges (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids, Diane Maker (Bob) of Strawberry Point, Patty Smith of Oelwein and Harry Meinken, Jr. of Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
