She was predeceased by: her parents, Sander Stenersen and Nettie Stenersen (Hanna); her husband Galen of May; her grandson Robert W. Potter; and her siblings, Eddie Stenersen, Norman Stenersen, Pearl Bybee, Robert Stenersen, Vera Lewis, Palmer Stenersen, Inez Lee and Blanche Durby.

She is survived by: her children, Elaine Deibler (Tom) of Garner, Galen W. Potter (Janet) of Chesterfield, VA, Ruby Golnick (John) of Garner, Cheryl Barkema (Ed) of Garner and Doug Potter (Deb) of Joice; her grandchildren, Matthew Deibler (Jessica), Hilary Formanek (Mike), Hannah Deibler, Brian C. Andersen, Amanda J. Mason (Robert), Jonathan Dodd (Megan), Joseph Dodd, Thomas Dodd (Racine), Jen Potter (Tom), Karla Rauk (Kevin), Kyle Barkema (Lisa), Betsy Potter (Phil Deierling) and Lindsey Prescott (Jordan); and her siblings, Maynard Stenersen (Patty) of Blanchester, OH, Eugene Stenersen of Lake Mills and Sharon Hauan of Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
