It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burke Haberkamp (Garner, Iowa), born in Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on March 11, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verner Haberkamp and Marie Haberkamp (Burke); his siblings, Gene Haberkamp, Susan Myers and Nancy Jass; his brother-in-law LeRoy Eisenmann; and his siblings' children, Scott Jass and Cindy Jass.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel of Garner; his sons, Phil Haberkamp (Avis) of Northwood and Charles Haberkamp of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Jeremy Koster, Chad Koster and Jennifer Bounnakhom; his great grandchildren, Lacey Olsen, Jacob Koster (Megan), Austin Koster, Hunter Koster and Tiffany Bounnakhom; his siblings, Harlan Haberkamp (Virginia) of Britt and Mary Eisenmann of Waunakee, WI; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
