She is survived by: her son Mark Dice (Debbie Theys) of Lake Zurich, IL; her grandchildren, Bradley Evan Dice and Jocelyn Beth Dice; and her brothers, Richard DeCock (Joyce) of Long Grove, IA, Ronald DeCock of Davenport, Dale DeCock (Annabelle) of Eldridge and Dennis DeCock (Barb) of Bettendorf.
