It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda J. Wold of Garner, Iowa, born in Merrill, Iowa, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Brown and Edith Brown (June); her grandson Joshua James Wold; and her sisters, Florence, Virginia and Georgia.

She is survived by : her husband James Oliver Wold; her children, Candy Engstler (Bill) of Clear Lake, Juli Thackery (Michael) of Ventura and Kerry Wold (Chris) of Danville, IN; and her grandchildren, Kari Jones (Steve), Jami Enright (David), Brian Engstler (Emily), Dan Engstler (Heidi), Nicholas Thackery (Michele), Seth Thackery (Jennifer), Melodee Ward (Dustin), Samantha Quinn (Michael) and Kayleigh Rees (Cody).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church or MercyOne North Iowa Hospice.
