He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Stanley and Ruby Margaret Stanley (Hankins); his wife Charlene; and his brother Jack Stanley (Maureen). He is survived by: his children, Bill Stanley (Laurie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Eric Stanley of Glenwood, Liz Boston (Jim) of Glenwood, Patricia Ring of Plattsmouth, NE and Steve Stanley (Amy) of Plattsmouth; his grandchildren, Clarissa, Nathan, Angela, Shane, Amanda, Ashley, Heather, Sara and Lexi; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Addy, Josh, Lathan, Dalton, Janet, Dominic, Blaze and Willow; his brother Tom Stanley (Camille) of Auburn, NE; and his brother-in-law Perry "Butch" Tillman of Sidney, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and many friends.
A reception was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loess Hills Funeral Home (112 N Vine St, Glenwood, IA 51534).
