It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Cooper of Greenfield, Iowa, born in Adair, Iowa, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Samuel John and Mildred Cooper (Hepler); and his brother Dick Cooper. He is survived by : his former life partner Lila Liesener; his children, Timothy Cooper of Ankeny and Becky Cooper of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Dallas, Leah, Caleb, Landon and Kolton; and his sister Sherry Cooper of Creston. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
