We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 85, Wilma Jean Selders of Griswold, Iowa, born in Morrowville, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ira Curtis Merritt and Anna Christina Anderson Merritt; her son James; her husband Ray; her brothers, Willis (Lu), Dean and Merlin (Sarah); and her half-sister Doris.
She is survived by : her former life partner Raymond Selders; her grandchildren, Fernando, Alex, Daniella and Alina; her daughter Julie Brandt (Rob) of Griswold; her daughter-in-law Sarah Selders of Atlantic, IA; her grandsons, Robby Brandt of Council Bluffs, IA, Damion Selders of Omaha, NE, Daniel Selders (Brittani Santee) of Atlantic, Nathaniel Selders of Atlantic and Alexzander Selders of Atlantic; her great grandchildren, Gunnar, Gavin, Remington, Raiden of Atlantic, IA and Aria of Atlantic, IA; and her siblings, Curt (Nancy) of Council Bluffs, IA and Fran Cupples of Fullerton, NE. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials may be donated to the Griswold Central Church of Christ Family Life Center.
