It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Ruth Vos of Grundy Center, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Harms and Henrietta Harms (Werkman); her husband William "Bill" Vos; her sister Leona Rhoads; her brother-in-law John Rhoads; and her son-in-law John Biersner.

She is survived by : her children, Brenda Biersner of Dike, Scott Vos (Connie) of McKinney and Linda Johnson (Lyndon) of Albert Lea, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Benjamin (Jodie), Alexander Biersner, Elizabeth Vos, Andrew Vos (Felicia), Heather Niedermann (Jamie) and Michael Dorothy; her great grandchildren, Tyler Dorothy, Kinnick, Kinnley Niedermann, Grayson and Peyton Vos; and her brother-in-law Kryn Vos (Phyllis) of Portage, Michigan.. She is also survived by one nephew; five nieces.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bethany Presbyterian Church (315 G Ave, Grundy Center, IA 50638). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to her family.
