She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merton Albert Phelps and Bertha Helen Kauffman; her children, Pat Chettinger (Layton Chettinger) and Peg Wagner (Clyde Wagner); her children-in-law, Layton and Clyde; her children, Linda (Dennis Gardner), Roger (Maggie Handke), Kathy (Scott Stewart), Gary (Penny Handke) and Clarence (Joan Handke); her son-in-law Don Tuecke of Dubuque; her siblings, Lenny, Janet Phelps of Edgewood, Lila and Ron Bushaw of Plant City; her friends, Penny Hansel, Sharon Sickles, Duke and Joan Lucas of Guttenberg, Iowa.; her husband Clarence; her daughter Pam Tuecke; her great grandchild Austin Benson; and her siblings, Lyle (Dorothy Phelps), Leland (Vivian Phelps), Lowell (Jeaninne Phelps), Lois (Jack Hill) and Joe Moody. She was also cherished by her 15 grandchildren, her 27 great grandchildren, and her 12 great-great-grandchildren.
