It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owen Harbaugh (Guttenberg, Iowa), who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Willis" and Goldie Harbaugh; his siblings, Don Harbaugh and Phyllis White; and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Harbaugh and Robert White.
He is survived by: his brother Curt Harbaugh of Colesburg; and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of any style of sympathy, the family request memorials to benefit either Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, St Croix Hospice, Bethel Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
