It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Payne Dixon (Hamburg, Iowa), who passed away on May 7, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parent Dorothy Barbara Payne; and her brother Richard Payne. She is survived by : her children, Steven, Katherine, Jeffrey, Kirk and Gregg; her grandchildren, Christopher, Lindsey Lee, Jonathan, Lauren, Barbara (Paige), Austin and Troy; her great grandchildren, Trey, Kennedy, Jackson, Ava and Ayden; her spouse Kathi; her friend Marlene Tubbs; and also, Susan, Angi, Amanda, Jonathan and Krys.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hamburg United Methodist Church, Hamburg Rescue Squad, or Grape Community Hospital Foundation A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the United Methodist Church in Hamburg, IA.
