In loving memory of Sonja Veronica Heng of Wayne, Nebraska, born in Lead, South Dakota, who departed this world on June 18, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Eric Sr. and Thelma Sevon (Christiansen); her husband Leo Heng of Joseph's Catholic Church; her siblings, Joan Sevon, Claude, Wayne Jr. and Lawrence Sevon; and her children, Matthew, Susan and Stephen Heng.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Heng, Thomas Heng (Karen), Christopher Heng (Cindi), Joseph Heng (Laurie) and Deborah Durr (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Brian Lowe (Amy), Katie Dahm (Jimmy), Garrett Heng, Sarah Zak (Jarred), Carl Heng, Lindsay Heng, Andrew Heng (Meghan Anderson), Jane Heng, Isaac Heng (Chris Aukes), Molly Heng, Justin Heng, Jared Heng, Tyler Heng, Megan Heng, Dylan Heng, Emilianne Kerwin (Payton), Zoe Boss (Jake) and Aryn Durr. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lourdes Catholic School Endowment Fund.
