He is survived by: his children, David Johnson (Susan Dixon) of Thousand Oaks, Mark Johnson of Des Moines and Lisa Lombard (Paul Rautanen) of Fort Dodge; and his grandsons, Jay Lombard (Kinsey) and Bradley Lombard.
