With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy M. Gaul (Harlan, Iowa), born in Westphalia, Iowa, who passed away on June 15, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Rau and Lidwina Rau (Eisterhold); her husband Ferdinand Gaul; her son Daniel; her great grandchild Ellery Bieker; and her siblings, Marie "Mamie" Grote, Mike Rau, Zita Bruck, Alma Bissen, Leonard Rau and Jeanette Mikels.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hauck (Franklin) of Omaha, NE, Jean Bieker (Harlan), Ron Gaul (Harlan), Larry Gaul (Maxine) of Omaha, NE, Carol Walton (Harlan), Joan Gaul (Harlan), Laurie Gilbert (Audubon) and Walter Gaul (Harlan). She is also survived by 50 grandchildren; 92 great grandchildren; 9 great, great grandchildren; Siblings.
