We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2019, at the age of 70, Ronnie Carter (Harlan, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Carter and Alma Gene Carter; and his uncle Sam. He was also cherished by Eight children, (4 boys and 4 girls) their spouses, along with 18 grandchildren.
