He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Foley and Rose Foley (Cota); his wife Cindy; his brother Donald Foley; and his father-in-law Donald Althof.
He is survived by: his children, Shayna Martinson (Mike) of Sparta, WI, Ryan Foley (Sina) of Phoenix, AZ and Adam Foley (Morgan) of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Brianna, Tristian, Isabelle, Ian, Jack, Madison, Wyatt, Sage and Weston; his siblings, William Foley (Connie) of East Lansing, MI, Rose Ann Lopez (Reuben) of Apple Valley, MN and Jean Christensen of Waukon, IA; and his mother-in-law Marcella Althof of La Crosse.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (307 Orange St, Harpers Ferry, IA 52146). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
