He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Gregg and Warren Gregg; and his wife LaVonne. He is survived by: his children, Gary Gregg (Carla), Lawton Gregg, Larry Gregg (Carol) of Hawarden and Gayle Gregg of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Erika McWell of Sioux City, Erin Smailey of Oklahoma City, Adam Gregg (Cari) of Urbandale, Holli Rausch (Miles) of Sioux Falls, Marissa Gregg, Alex Phan of Johnston, Brody Koopmans (Roberta) of McKinney and Corissa Koopmans of Bellevue; his great grandchildren, Noah McWell, Micah McWell, Asher Smailey, Tyce Smailey, Jackson Gregg, Lauren Gregg, Ian Rausch and Ainsley Rausch; and his siblings, Ann Welty (Francy) of Denton and Jim Gregg (Jan) of Winthrop. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.
