It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Aaron Holderness of Hawkeye, Iowa, born in Cherokee, Iowa, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, O. C. "Red" and Louise Holderness; his children, Lauren Holderness (John Davis), Lisa Holderness Brown (Peter), Jennifer Lewis (Andy) and Joshua Holderness (Shara); his grandchildren, Jack Lewis, Abby Keller (Joey), Emma, Parker Brown, Stella, Cash and Bernadette Holderness; his wife Susan; and his great grandchild Charlotte Keller.
