She is survived by: her former husband Doug Curtis; her sons, Shane Curtis (Tiffany) of Salem, Iowa and Dusty Curtis of Homestead, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Bailey, Hailey, Audrey, Taylin, Keaton Curtis and Mark Wallace of Homestead, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
