She was predeceased by: her parents, Arra Grisham and Belle Grisham (Taylor); her husband Art; her granddaughter Jamie Hopkins; and her siblings, Oleta, Owen, Wanda and Patsy.
She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Sorensen; her children, Cal Sorensen (Jane) of Ames, Ardis Sorensen of Fort Dodge, Susan Oviatt (Dan) of Grand Junction, Karen Costello (Paul) of Fort Dodge and Don Sorensen (Valoree) of Dakota City; and her grandchildren, Jason Sorensen, Nathan Sorensen, Laura Liddle, David Lenning, Dawn Gopi, Levi Oviatt, Jessica Barnett, Jackson Oviatt, Rosanna Oviatt, Nora Oviatt, Austin Moore, Karri Ertl, Jessica Webb and Connor Sorensen. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
