He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Meyer and Esther Meyer (Licht); his wife JoAnn; his sons, Brian and Kevin; his son-in-law Russ Miller; and his brothers, Edgar, Elden, Paul and Henry.
He is survived by : his children, Jo Ellen Brightman (Doug) of Fort Dodge, Mark Meyer of Humboldt, Dana Meyer (Dana Renae) of Omaha, Doreen Miller of Humboldt and Sharon Meyer of Fort Dodge; and his grandchildren, Tracy Porter (Todd), Brian Brightman (Courtney), Stephanie Zimmerer (Taylor), Stacey Bosse' (Doug), Andrew Johnson (Michelle) and Laura Taylor (Pierson). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
