She was predeceased by : her parents, Alden C. Baayen and Wanda L. Baayen (Johnston); her brother Mark Baayen; her parents-in-law, Murray Sorg and Elva Sorg; and her brother-in-law Randy Sorg.
She is survived by : her husband Rick Sorg of Independence, IA; her children, Jake Sorg (Tara) of North Liberty, IA and Megan Hartke (Luke); her grandchildren, Lucy and Leo Sorg; her brother Craig Baayen (Sandy) of Ottumwa, IA; and her sister-in-law Susie Bevans (Shane) of Winthrop, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
