She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Schares and Anna Nie Schares; her siblings, Edward Schares of Waterloo, LeRoy Schares (Cheryl) of Independence, Gladys Newton (Paul) of Las Vegas, NV, Barb Mayer of Gilbertville and Anna Fettkether (Keith) of Readlyn; her son Patrick; her granddaughter Amy Weber; her siblings, Robert (Jeanette Schares), Margaret (Matt Schmitz), Thelma (John Babinat) and Richard (Rosemary Schares); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Mayer and Dorothy Schares.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Weber (Sharon) of Ames, Constance Weber of Independence and Catherine Hagan (Richard) of Novi, Michigan.; her granddaughters, Jessica Bonventre (Steven), Christina Fisher (Anthony) and Kaitlyn Hagan; and her great grandchildren, Connor and Grayson Bonventre.
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice and St. John School.
