She is survived by: her husband Robert Shonka of Independence, IA; her children, Sherry Eberhardt (Arlen) of Casa Grande, AZ, Steve Shonka (Kris) of Rowley, IA, Mike Shonka (Kim) of Independence, IA and Kristin Lynch of Independence, IA; her grandchildren, Andrew Shonka (Shristi), Sally Brown (Rob), Jennifer Krieger (Shane) and April Dorman (Joe); her great grandchildren, Zaladet, Tevlen, Voeden, Liercen, Aeresen, Villiet Shonka, Mace, Remy Brown, Austin, Chance Rommann, Ella, Peyton and Tayden Dorman; and her great great grandchildren, Ary and Issac. She is also survived by brother.
