He is survived by : his former life partner Connie Julian; his children, Mike Collins of Gladbrook, IA, Jill Collins of Traer, IA, Christine Fischer (Jeff) of Whitleyville, TN, Lisa Peek (Drew Podgorski) of Machesney Park, IL and John Collins of Guttenberg, IA; his siblings, Clark Collins (Maggie) of Guttenberg, IA and Connie Ott (Lester) of Jesup, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Collins of Eaton, CO and Sheila Collins of Jesup, IA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
