Bonnie Lou Gripp Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Lou Gripp of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on June 8, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard McNaughton and Grace McNaughton; her brother John; her sister-in-law Mamie McNaughton; her sister Violet McNaughton; and her parents-in-law, Merrill and Olive Gripp.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; and her children, Dan Gripp (Carla), Mike Gripp (Denise), Rick Gripp (Ellen), Jeff Gripp (Becky) and Kathy Oberender. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gathering Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Suncrest Hospice.
