She was predeceased by : her parents, Clayton Cooper (Helen) and Mary Leeder; and her brother Allen Cooper. She is survived by : her son Jacob Meyers (Akira Austin); her grandchildren, Hudson Meyers and Delilah Meyers; her sister Catherine Thompson (James); and her stepsiblings, John Floyd (Becky), Sandra Floyd and Sherry Koch.

In lieu of flowers, memorials, in Rosemary's name, may be given to Jacob Meyers.
