He was predeceased by: his daughter Maya. He is survived by: his parents, Phet Sayabath and Boualeuth Sayabath (Xayabath); his girlfriend Mercedes Galvan; his children, A. J. and Giana; and his nephews, Aiden, Urijah and Elias.

In lieu of flowers, an educational fund has been established for his children, A.J. and Giana.
