She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Wildman and Doris Wildman; her husband Johnny Mayfield; her sister Pam Wildman; and her close friends, Jay Gillispie and Julia Dohrer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Smith (Dave), Katie Lambe (Cory) and Courtney Smith (Cody); her grandchildren, Sunny, Gianna, David, Brecken, Maddon, Brynley and Lola; her siblings, Doug and Billie; her uncle Paul Potter (Mary); her aunt Carol Potter; and her former husband Dick Heacock. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Northridge Pavilion.
