He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Isner and Margaret Isner (Stafford); his great grandchild Mallory Clarahan; Geraldine Fuller, Richard, Lester, Marion Isner, Fred "Fritz" Gartzke and Dorothy Luebs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Huber (Jay) of Wellman, Debra Miller of West Branch and Karen Ruppert (Bill) of Tiffin; his great great grandchild Gladys'; Vera Roland and Joyce Tomlinson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
