It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Raye Dahnke (Iowa City, Iowa), born in Charles City, Iowa, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bryce Kennedy and Vernita Kennedy (Shaffer); and her husband Bob Dahnke. She is survived by : her son Rob Dahnke (Idaliz Maldonado) of San Diego; her sisters, Laurie Barenz (Rick) and Sherri Faas (Tony Rios); her nieces and nephews, Kari, Justin, Kristen and Taran; and her pet Keely. She is also survived by great-nephews and niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Suncoast Humane Society, 6781 San Casa Drive, Englewood, FL 34224.
