He is survived by: his wife Sandra Simon; his children, Danny, Kelly Fratzke-Blake (Eliot) and Dawn Evans (Tom); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Zachary and Eva; and his siblings, Leslie, Vicki, Joann, Gary and Doug. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
