Carew of Mary's Catholic Church; her sister-in-law Terry Simmons; her sibling's children, Kate Simmons and Jen Simmons; her brother-in-law Wilfred Carew (Kathy); her sibling's child Erin Strickland (Damon); her great-niece Paige; her great-nephew Evan Strickland; her sister-in-law Susan Shollenberger (Les); her nephew Tyler Shollenberger; Nick Carew (Joalene), Audrey, Allie and Livian.
Family request no flowers are sent for the services and that there will be no reception following the graveside services.
