She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Schmitz and Mary Joanne Poggenpohl; her son Mike Jones (Missy Madsen); her grandchildren, Andi Wolfe, Makayla Hoyt, Robert Jones, Jeremy Madsen and Alexander Madsen; her stepsiblings, Linda Poggenpohl and Scott Poggenpohl; and her brothers, Tim Schmitz (Shirley) of Oklahoma City, Tom Schmitz (Ilona) of Wylie, Don Schmitz (Linda Gramm) of Iowa City and Bob Jones. She was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
